ALL of our orders use the same database, so regardless of how you place an order, you will need to have a user account on our website. If you wish place an order over the phone, you MUST still have an online user account, as we do not have any other method of processing orders.

Your user account is used to indentify you, and any purchases you make are tagged onto your user account. We general e-invoices (or electronic receipts) which you can view online. This makes handling of warranty queries much easier, as we will store your proof of purchase for you.
