Many people think of rental as an option for people who can’t afford to buy, at Blue Aran we think of rental as an option for people who want quality, reliability and service at a price that’s right. QUALITY RELIABILITY FLEXIBILITY

QUALITY Quality equipment doesn't come cheap, and for any business, large capital expenditure has to be planned carefully. All too often compromises are made due to fit a budget. With the Blue Aran Rental system no capital expenditure is required, with a monthly fee it is much easier to afford what you need to do the job right. Also the money you spend becomes an ongoing expense, rather than a capital expense. This means that you can claim the costs of your equipment against tax in the same year you spend it, rather than depreciating it over a number of years.

RELIABILITY There are no hidden costs - included in the rental price is full maintenance of the equipment. Regular visits ensure the equipment continues working reliably. Since the rental figure is fixed, you can budget more accurately, knowing there are no expensive surprises in store should anything break down. We keep spares for all out rental equipment in stock all the time, allowing us to respond promptly in the event of any breakdown.

FLEXIBILITY Our rentals also allow flexibility, if you decide at any time you need more, or less, we can adjust your package to suit. The sound and lighting industry is continually changing and growing, what’s right this year, may not be suitable for your needs next year. There are hundreds of different products available, and even more salesmen trying to convince you their product is best. With the rental system you no longer have the worry of whether you have chosen correctly. We do the hard work of researching which new products are best, and when it's time for a change, we make it easy for you to either exchange or upgrade equipment. This is particularly important for lighting which can often become boring if it remains unchanged in the same positions for several years

INSTALLATION Subject to a minimum rental period being agreed, installation is free of charge, one less problem for you to worry about.

MAINTENANCE Lighting rentals include all replacement lamps, and controller programming, with new programming at regular intervals, this keeps the light show interesting, and allows customisation to suit your needs.

PRICE A typical rental of a sound system with a power handling of approximately 5,000W including all speakers, amplifiers and control equipment could cost as little as £80.00/week. Which is far easier to manage than a new system costing £6-7,000.

For about the same weekly fee, we could supply a lighting system consisting of approximately 6 intelligent heads (scanners or moving yokes), some basic lighting (pinspots, ultra-violet light, small strobe), and a suitable controller – and that includes maintenance and lamps.
